Smarter Collaboration Profile – Team
Gain powerful insights into team dynamics, including watch-outs.

The Smarter Collaboration Team Profile brings together the data from multiple individual SC Profiles, which measure an individual’s collaborative attributes (i.e., their natural ways of working with others). When multiple profiles are viewed together, teams gain powerful insights into the dynamics of the group – including strengths and potential imbalances.
This team profile helps groups sharpen their understanding of their attributes so that they can use them most effectively. There is no optimal profile for smarter collaboration at the individual level: what matters is that a person actively and intentionally uses their attributes to their fullest. Groups, however, can have imbalances.
For example, a group of Risk Seekers can create unforeseen risks while a group heavily weighted toward Concrete thinkers may execute well but struggle to develop innovative ideas. Understanding a group’s attributes, how to use them, and when they may need to flex their approach or seek out additional collaboratives collaborators with different profiles can be a powerful enabler of collaboration.
How it works:
Each team member completes the 10-minute online Smarter Collaboration Self Profile questionnaire.
We consolidate the data from the individual reports into a Team Profile.
The Team Profile is an actionable, team-focused report including

Your team’s tendencies across the seven dimensions of smarter collaboration (e.g., where you are “high,” “balanced,” and “heterogenous”)

Concrete recommended actions to drive collaboration
