What is Smarter Collaboration Certification?

Smarter Collaboration Certification is a live two-day blended learning experience designed for in-house practitioners who want to implement and scale the principles and practices of smarter collaboration within their organization.

 The certification program consists of:

Live sessions led by Smarter Collaboration International staff

 You will learn about:

  • The concepts of smarter collaboration; the business case and talent case for organizations and individuals; and common barriers to collaboration

  • The suite of smarter collaboration tools: SC Profile (individual and team), SC360 (individual and team); SC Signals pulse survey; and workshop kits

  • How to debrief individuals and teams

  • How to facilitate engaging and powerful workshops to spark change and enhance collaboration

Pre-readings and personal SC Profile

Readings before and during the program will give you a foundational knowledge of the core concepts. Participants take the SC Profile to experience the process and understand their own collaborative profile.  

Practice debrief session

All participants must deliver a debrief of the SC Profile and SC360 to an SCI trainer.  

Certification exam

Participants demonstrate mastery of the concepts in the final certification exam.
